HOW IT WORKS
1. INTRODUCE
Introduce the boat owner who is considering selling to Ekberg Yachting.
2. WE TAKE IT FROM THERE
If the owner lists their boat exclusively with Ekberg Yachting, we’ll handle the rest.
3. WE SELL
When the boat sells, you earn 1% of the final sale price at closing.
4. WE PAY YOU
Payment is made to you within 15 days of closing.

Program Terms
Referral Partners participate as independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Ekberg Yachting. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required before any referral fee can be issued. Referral fees are payable only for qualified referrals that result in a successful closing under an exclusive listing agreement with Ekberg Yachting. Existing brokerage relationships, active listing agreements, or prior documented sales discussions with Ekberg Yachting are not eligible for referral compensation. Ekberg Yachting reserves the sole right to determine whether to accept any vessel for brokerage. Referral fees are paid only after closing and receipt of the brokerage commission. Referral Partners may not negotiate terms, represent Ekberg Yachting, or otherwise provide brokerage services on behalf of the company. The first qualified referral received and documented by Ekberg Yachting will be considered the eligible referral.
