Ethan Ekberg brings a strong mix of practical experience and deep-water know-how to Ekberg Yachting. Like his brother Erik, he spent his summers in Northport, Maine, where a love for sailing and life on the water first took hold. After working as a sailing instructor and spending time racing along the Maine coast, Ethan began his professional yachting career aboard CACHE, a 75' Oyster based in Camden Harbor.

As project manager and relief captain aboard CACHE, Ethan oversaw daily operations, maintenance planning, and owner support—building the foundation for his role at Ekberg Yachting. He holds a 100-ton USCG Master’s License and has completed numerous offshore passages, combining steady seamanship with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach.

Today, Ethan helps lead Ekberg Yachting’s brokerage, management, and delivery services with a focus on precision, professionalism, and dependability—whether at the helm or behind the scenes.
