Born and raised in Midcoast Maine, Moe spent his summers on Vinalhaven and North Haven, where he developed a fierce love of fishing, boats, and life on the water. That passion has carried him from commercial lobstering along the Maine coast to fly fishing the flats of the Bahamas, the rivers of Scotland, and the warm waters of the Arabian Sea.

Moe graduated from Maine Maritime Academy in 2015 and holds a United States Coast Guard Unlimited Tonnage Second Mate License, as well as an ABYC Systems Advisor certification. Following graduation, he spent several years sailing aboard container ships ranging from 900 to 1,100 feet in length, operating primarily throughout the United States, the Middle East, and Northern Europe. His time at sea provided extensive experience navigating large vessels and working in complex marine environments.

After coming ashore, Moe knew he wanted to remain in the maritime industry. This led him most recently to Lyman-Morse Boatbuilding in Camden, where he spent over a year as a Project Manager overseeing both large and small projects across a variety of vessels, gaining further hands-on experience with yacht systems, refits, and vessel maintenance.

While his roots and passion lie in vessels built to fish hard, Moe appreciates the full spectrum of boats—from rugged working craft to modern yachts—and enjoys helping clients find the vessel that best fits their life on the water.
